Mwalimu Regina Wangari Kagika

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Chairman and Board of Governors of Kilimanjaro Group of Schools, Loitokitok, announce the untimely death of one of their Directors Mrs Regina Wangari Kagika after a short illness.

Wife of the late Joseph J.G. Kagika. Daughter of Esther Wanjiku and the late Peter Kihika Kang’ethe. Daughter in-law of the late Elizabeth Muthoni and the late Kagika. Beloved Mother of Elizabeth Muthoni of Mbagathi Hospital, the late Janerose Wanjiku, James Kagika of Kilimanjaro Senior Girls and Peter K. Kagika of Kilimanjaro Rombo Academy. Sister of Fidelis Mataiwa, Antony Kang’ethe, Bernard Njuguna, Mary Ng’ang’a, Michael Kariuki, Sophia Mataiwa and Sindora Maseenke. Sister in-law of the late Muhia,Theresia, Karanja, & George Gakunga. She was an Auntie of many. Loving Grandmother of Janerose Taiyana and Brian Kagika of Australia, Shawn Teto of Kitengela Inter. Sch., Derrick Kagika & Precious Wangari of Kilimanjaro Junior Academy.

There will be a requiem Mass at St. Lukes Catholic Church, Loitokitok town on Friday 14th July at 10.00am followed by burial in their farm next to Kilimanjaro Junior Academy, Loitokitok Town.

Mum, You have Fought a Good Fight and Finished the Race.

    Write Tribute…R.I.P.The entire Kilimanjaro fraternity has lost an optimistic, a committed, dedicated, hardworking, and God fearing person.Dear Mum your good deeds will remain in our memories.We just accept God’s will and hope we shall meet in the beautiful shore.May the family members, friends and relatives feel highly consoled.God gives and HE takes.May His name be glorified.AMEN.
