Mwalimu Stephen Ndichu Kibe

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mwalimu Stephen Ndichu Kibe on 25th December 2022.

Son of the late Kibe Kairu & the late Wanjiku Kibe. Son-in-law to the late Obadiah Chege & the late Leah Njeri of Nyanduma village.

Husband of Mwalimu Hannah Wangari Ndichu. Father to Hildah Wanjiku Kamau, Leah Njeri Kihanya (Eldoret), the late Keziah Njeri Wainaina, Dr. Kenneth Kibe Ndichu (Transwide Pharmaceuticals), Chege Ndichu (Kamatimu Hardware Ruiru), Gitau Ndichu (Kiamumbi), Bilhah Nyambura Kinyanjui & John Igamba Ndichu. He was a grandfather & great grandfather to many.

He was brother to the late John lgamba Kibe, the late Njeri Mung’erecha, the late Wambui Kariuki, late Nduta Mukundi, the late Gathoni Kimani, the late Kairu Kibe, the late Mukunga Kibe, the late Muthee Kibe, the late Wangari Kibe, the late Njeri Njoroge, Mary Nduta Kiarii & James Kimani Kibe.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kirigu village, Kiratina Sub-location, Komothai Division, Githunguri Sub-County, Kiambu County for prayers & burial arrangement. Other meetings are at PCEA St.Andrew’s church on 28th, 29th & 30th December 2022 from 6.00 – 8.00 pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Memorial Mortuary (KUTRH) on Tuesday 3rd January 2023 at 8.00am for funeral service at Komothai Girls High School and thereafter interment at his Kirigu home.
