We regret to announce the passing of Mzee Allan Ngobu Gikandi of Mathira, Karatina, on 23/7/20 18

Beloved son of the late Barnabas Gikandi Ngobu & the late Beatrice Njuku Gikandi. Husband of Isabella Njambi Ngobu. Father of the late George Gikandi (GG), Timothy & Esther Waruingi, Clement & Mary Munyiri, Wanjiku & Kangethe Ndiho, David Wang’ombe, Wangechi & Dr. Njoroge. Grandfather to many.

Brother of the late Joan & the late Ephraim Munene, the late Elizabeth & the late f t Krrnaru, the late Justus Munyiri, the late Silas Murimi & Eddah Murimi, Jane & Chiuri Kanyi. Jerioth & the Late Stanley Mugo, James & Esther Njogu, Nancy Wacuka, Akisa & Muchemi Ndirangu, Ben & Anne Ngari, Irene & Sylvester Maranga, Evans & Catherine Wachira. He was in-law of the Late Richard Waruingi & the late Peris Waruingi & Entire Waruingi.

Family, Relatives & friends are meeting from Wednesday 25th July 2018 to Friday 27th July 2018 at St Andrews PCEA Church, Nyerere rd at 5pm and at the family home in Kaiyagirwo at 5 pm.

The cortege will leave Jamii Hospital Mortuary, Karatina on Tuesday 3Ist July 2018 at 9 am. Prayers and service will be at PCEA Kariki church at 10 am. He will be laid to rest at his Kaiyagirwo home , Mathira, Karatina, Nyeri County.
