It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Mzee Enos Atho Jura, which occurred on the 20th August, 2023.

Son of the late Jura Onywero and the late Susana Owenga.

Husband of Mama Anne Apiyo Jura.

Son-in-law of Norbetus and Mama Maria Sewe.

Father to Nelson Mandela, Patrick Mtei, Sylvester _Odhiambo, the late Lilian, the late Caroline, the late Mary, Victoria Jura and the late Eric Jura.

Father-in-law to Elizabeth Owor, Blandina Maghanga and Florence Obanda.

Grandfather to Aaron, Lilian, Mary (Meg), Remmy-Anne, Natasha, Brianna, Giovanni (Chairman), Gael, Rose, Luanda (Chairman), Delaney and Seth.

Brother to the late Charles Ndiare, the late Isaac Odero, the late Mary Atieno, the late Filgona Raudo, the late Mary Abongo, the late Judith Apiyo, the late Aggrey Jura, Jared Awala Jura, Silipa Guayi, Yuanita Agul, and the late Edwina Odero.

Brother-in-law to Ruth Jura. First cousin to the late Dr.William Odongo Omamo, Henry Omamo, among others. jokonywero and larger Ongala family.

The Burial service will be held 9th September, 2023 in Siaya County, Bondo Sub-county, Kapiyo Village.
