Mzee George Andrew Kwena

We deeply regret to announce the death of Mzee George Andrew Kwena which occurred on 31/05/2019.

He was son of the late Adriano Kukuni and Virginia Aori. He was a loving husband of the late Josephine Kwena, the late Gertrude Kwena, Eunice Kwena and Peris Kwena. Brother of Aneriko Kukuni, Peter Ndubi and Hellen Obonyo. Father of Beatrice, Daniel, Philip, Vincent, Theodora, Caroline, Pauline, Lilian, Lorna, Dorothy, Metric, Maureen, Electine, Dominic, Eddy, Cynthia, Eugene, Ivy, Hezron and Lameck. Grandfather of Vandick, Lydia, Erick, Andrew, Brenda, Ralph, Louise, Dan, Ndeta, Ndui, Stephany, Sidney, Emmanuel, Maryanne, Rayan, David, Denzel, Travir, the late Reagan, Clinton, Eldad, Kataka, Arnold, Dan, Brema, Patient, David, Daisy, Debora, Sandra, Emmanuel, Stephanie, Yvonne, Otondi, Sydney, Noel, Jesper, Mercy, Aoko, Dally, Darrel, Derick, Reuel, Zuriel, Elsa, Triza, Adrian and Paul and 15 great grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Butula Mission Health Centre mortuary at 8am for a requiem mass at Butula Catholic Church. Thereafter the cortege leaves for Bumakhutu village in Butula Sub County for an overnight stay.

He will be laid to rest at his home in Bumakhutu village on Saturday 15/06/2019.
