We regret to announce the sad demise of Mzee George Gicheru Kambo of Kambaa Lari and Kidfarmaco, Kikuyu.

Son of the late Mr. Joseph Kambo and Rahab Njoki.

Husband to Grace Wanjira and Peninnah Wambui. Brother to Simon Mwangi, the late Philip Kamuga, the late Paul Kihang’u, Solomon Gathai and Patrick Njoroge.

Father to Dr. Sidney Kambo (Dallas USA), Dr. Eugene Kang’ethe (Dallas USA), Lina Njoki (Dallas USA), Julie Wanjiru Dalton (Minneapolis USA), Stephen Ndungi and Laura Njoki (University of Nairobi).

Father-in-law to Irene Kambo, Laura Kang’ethe and Patrick Dalton. Grandfather to Trevor, Claire,Alex, Adam, Ella and Cole, all of Texas USA.

He was the chairman of The Great Garden Fraternity and was also the Pioneer National Chairman of Kiama Kia Ma from 2009 to 2012.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at h 2:00pm his residence in Kidfarmaco near St. Teresa hospital from and Kikuyu Gardens Hotel in Kikuyu from 6:00prn.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral home, Mbagathi Way on Thursday, 21st April, 2022 at 10:00a.m followed by funeral service and burial at Lang’ata cemetery.
