The Family of the late Mzee George Kirigia M’Lithumai celebrates his long life which ended at the ripe age on 25th August 2022.

Son of the late M’Lithumai and the late Ciachokera. Husband to Elizabeth Nkumbi Kirigia. Father to Gitonga Kamiti & Josephine Gitonga, Charles Malula & Jenifer Malula, Catherine Kagendo & Peter Ndegwa, Charles Kinyanki & Pamela Kinya, Jacob Mbaabu & Pamela Njoki, Peter Kimathi & Doris Kathambi.

Grandfather to Cynthia Kananu Gitonga, Mugo Gitonga, Munene Gitonga, Emma Ntinyari, Mutethia Mbaabu, Princess Mwende, Perpetual Kagendo, Neville Muthomi, Michelle Malula, Richelle Malula, Bethleah Ndegwa, Hannah Makena Ndegwa, Lynn Kathambi, Eric Munene & Melissa Kanana.

Great-grandfather to Mukaria Kinyanki and Murithi Kinyanki. Brother to the late Nthaama, Nturuyi and Ciichu. Uncle to many.

The cortege will leave St. Theresa’s Mission Hospital, Kiirua, Meru on Saturday, 3rd September 2022 at 8am. He will be laid to rest on 3r September 2022 at his home next to Kiriene Primary School, Mikinduri, Tigania East, Meru County. Funeral Service and burial rites will be conducted at the same venue.
