It is our humble acceptance in our hearts that we announce the promotion to glory of Mzee James Mochama Magara. He passed on 14th April, 2023. The late was born in Nyatieko Village, Keroka Township, Nyamira County.

Son to the late Matianyi Magara and the late Ruth Kerubo.

Husband to Aska Gesare. Father to the late Senator Gekonge, Abigael, Ziporah, the late Teresa, Otiso, Bernard Mochama (NMG) and Ruth. Father-in-law to Hudson Atuya, Machogu, Tom, Patric Nyamari, the late Alice, Alice Nyangate, Doris, Wairimu, Judies, Monica, Waithera, Margaret, Nyanchoka and the late Joyce.

Brother to the late Osiemo, the late Daudi, the late Meroka, the late Moraa, Makori, Nyaboke Nyamotai, Masioge, the late Moseremani, the late Moito and Moguche.

Brother-in-law to Nyambane,Teresa, Kebagendi, the late Mokua, the late Obwocha and the late Onkangi. Uncle to Manwa, John Magara, the late Jasper Mokaya, the late Charles, Bosire, Dominic Magara (NMG), Obwocha, Moraa, Esther, Matianyi, Teresa, J-Abuta and Elmelda.

Burial will take place on 28th April, 2023 in Nyatieko Village Keroka in Nyamira County.
