Husband of Elizabeth M’Mwirichia. Brother of the late Japhet M’Nkatha, Nathaniel M’Mukindia and M’Kirimania Kiiri. Father of Julius Mwirigi Kiiri. Father-in-love of Salome Mwirig Kiiri of Muthangene Day Secondary School. Grandfather of Kinya Kendi Kiiri of JKUAT (Karen), Marete Kinoti of Nazarene University and Emily Marete of Rongai. He is survived by many great grand sons and daughters.
