It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the Transition to glory of Mzee Samson Ongabi Monyenye, that occurred on 26th April, 2022.

Husband to Mama Sarah Nyaboke. Father to Tom Mobisa, Jackline Moraa (MN USA), the late Phoebe Kerubo, Peris Kwamboka (MN, USA), Steve Monyenye (TX USA) and Monyenye Nyakundi Phillip (Abu). Grandfather to Chris, Natasha, Trevor, Dylan of US Army, Nyagarama, Isaac, Michelle, Ashley and Ongabi Junior.

Brother to Monica Mokeira, Askah Nyanduko, Jeremiah Ratemo, Mary Moraa, Anne Nyangara, Tom Ogutu and Peter Meshack Ontita. Cousin to Simeon Ondimu Ogutu and others, Mochengo Ogeto and others, Bwari Ombuna and others, Ariri Mayaka and others, the Onkwanis, Kiyietes, Marangetis, Ontitas, Nyachotis, Onsinyos and many others.

The cortege leaves PNN Funeral Home – Nakuru on 15/05/2022 to Keroka, Nyamagesa Village for night vigil. The burial will be held on 16/05/2022 at his home in Nyamagesa Village.
