It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mzee Zachariah Rangeria Sure on Monday, 12th June, 2023 at Bosongo Care & Cure Hospital after a long battle with illness.

Son to the late Daniel Sure Gesicho and the late Selina Osebe Sagwe. Son in law to the Late Ong’uti Ontita and the late Clemencia Buyaki.

Husband to Teresia Nyaboke Ong’uti. Father to Justus Onywere (Kenya Prisons Service), Jackline Moraa, Kepha Obino, Jessica Kemunto and Jared Onsoti (National Transport and Safety Authority). Father-in-law to Josephine Mong’ina, the late Grace Kanathi, the late Francis Ondieki, Robert Machuka and Dyphna Bisera (Judiciary).

Brother to the late Enock Bosire, the late Eunice Kemuma, Bethsheba Moraa, Seraphine Kerubo, Jahn Momanyi, Aloys Orang’i, Dorcas Bonareri and Grace Nyanchama.

Brother-in-law to Moses Ong’uti, the late Patrick Ntabo, Priscah Nyandwaro, Josephine Mokora, William Orare, the late Salome Obino, Bilia Bosire, the late Thomas Ombasa, the late Rapson Nyakundi, Kennedy Omwoyo, the late Wilfred Atuti, Charles Mokaya, Joyce Nyariki and Hellen Nyabwari. Grandfather to Brian Sure, Vivian Osebe, Brayden Nyaundi, Ashley Omwanza, Fortune Bosire, Marianne Nyaboke,Vanessa Nyanchera, Brenda Moraa, Alphaxard Otuke, Cedric Sure, Jedric Carson, Carlton Emanuel and Jayden Brandon. Cousins, nephews and nieces too many to mention.

The cortege leaves Bosongo Care & Cure Hospital Mortuary on 22nd June, 2023 and Burial shall take place on 23rd June, 2023 at his home in Nyabare Village, Bonyando Sub-location Kisii County. The ceremony shall take place at the St. Peter’s Kisii Academy grounds.
