Nancy Njeri Akibaya

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Nancy Njeri Akibaya, after a long illness bravely borne.
Daughter of the late Jairo Akibaya and the late Joyce Muthoni Akibaya.

Mother to Anthony Waweru Mwaniki and Cui Dong, Betty Wajiru Maluki and Shadrack Kitili Maluki (Chairman Africa Judo Union) and the late Ken Akibaya. Grandmother to Andy, Nina, Natalie, Tasha, Mykal and Ethan.

Sister to Peter Ndung’u, Margaret Modanyi, Juliet Wanjiru, Anne Musimbi, Sammy Eloga, the late Sarah Edesa, the late Ruth Kanaiza, Rebecca Wanjiku and Kenneth Imbahale.

Aunt to John Kaharo, Leah, Njeri, Muthoni Ndungu,Wanjiku, Sammy,Akibaya Ndungu, Kase, Ndonga, Muthoni (Mombasa), Gaceri, Joy, Jairo, Njogu, Ndungu Sarah, Akibaya (Dubai),Wanjiru and Jojo. Cousin, friend and colleague to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at their farm in Ndundori, her home at Pipeline Nakuru and at Garden Estate – Nairobi.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta National Hospital Farewell Home on Friday 29th April, to her home in Nakuru Pipeline.

Burial will be held on Saturday 30th April, 2022 from I 0.00am at their home in Ndundori Farm. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal”
