It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mr. Nelson Obanyi Ontuga (former Director of Ogembo Preparatory) of Riombong’i village, Mogonga, Kisii County which occurred on 18th September, 2019 at Christa Mariane Hospital.

Son of the late Simon Ontuga and the late Lydiah Moindi. Loving husband of Lucia Bosibori and the late Olpha Ombongi. Father of the late Racheal, the late Florence, Henry Obanyi, Felab Obanyi, Jepither, Nicodemus, Evans, Queen, Chacha, Josephat, Charles, the late Erick, Tabitha and Lydiah. Brother of Henry Nyanducha, Naphtali Ombong’i, Samuel Ombong’i, Moraa Ontuga, the late Eunice Onyambu and the late Mokeira Moturi.

Cousin of Livingstone Nyanducha, the late Fredrick Nyangosi, George Getui, Omae Omwebu, Nyagami Omwebu, Peter Getui and Onsibi Getui and Nathan Ombong’i. Grandfather of Peninah, Sharon, Edna, Dominic, Lydia, Dr. Catherine, Ernest, Christine, Rachael, Esther, Nyabuto’s, Elsie, Stacey, Terry, Douglas, Ashley, Nyagwansa, Shirleen, Simeon, Bitengo, Rachael, Emmanuel, Angel, Stanley, Britney, Elijah, Beatrice, Leon, Jayda, Gabrielle, Jaben and Moses.

Father in-law of Dr. Onyancha Pacifica, Joyce Felab, the late Joel, the late Harun, Paul Oseko, Sharon Makenzi, Judy Chacha, Olpha, Sheba, Josephine and Joyce Bonareri. Uncle of Abdinego, Jeremiah Nyangosi, Timothy, Edgar Arori, Samuel, George and Edward.

The body leaves Hema Mortuary on Thursday 3rd October, 2019 for his overnight stay at his home in Riongoncho and burial on Friday 4th October, 2019 at the same venue.

There shall be main fund raising today 1st October, 2019 at Professional Centre and Kisii.
