it is with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing of Oliver Owen (OO) Onyango Asuna alias Cromz upon arrival at Aga Khan University Hospital after suffering a convulsion. Oliver Owen was a second year student of Broadcast journalism at the University of Nairobi.

Loving son of Gerald Asuna Odero of Parliamentary Service Commission and Monica Marren Asuna of The National Treasury and passionate brother to Mercy Liza Asuna, Eugene Omondi of Royal Media Services and Christian Cecil of Zetech University. Brother-in-law to Barkens.

Nephew to Christopher Nyawir, Bartholomew Obita, Charles Jagongo, Regina Anyango, Michael Opondo, Florence Adera, Johnson Adera, John Agak, Oginga Adera, Anna Aluoch, Sophie Adera, Anne Otieno, Tereza Otieno, Ruth Otieno, Grace Anyango, Millie Ogada, Nancy Oduor, Ruth Odhiambo, Paul Odhiambo, Edith Otieno, Ndolo, Lucy, Nettie, Rose, Jae! among others.

Grandson to the late Odero O’chally, the late Marsiana Ongwen, Mary Alum, Edward Adera, Elizabeth Adera and Eliakim Odhiambo.

Cousin to Beryl, Duncan, Don, Faith, Meryl, Bill, Albert, Christabel, Victor, Chris Ishmael, Rebecca, Bradley, Patricia.Vanessa. Gianna,Ariana, Ouche, Lillian Nyawir, Carolyn Nyawir among others.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home along Mbagathi Way on 9th February 2023 for a church service at the New Life SDA Church, Ngong Avenue starting 7.00am. Thereafter the procession to Siaya County will start.

Oliver Owen will be laid to rest on Friday 10th February, 2023 at the Asuna’s rural home in Kanyibuop Pap, Malunga Central, West Gem Ward, Siaya County.

OO, your memory will forever remain in our hearts.
