Oscar Riddley Otieno Owino

With profound sadness, we announce the death of Mr Oscar Riddley Otieno Owino, of Absa Bank, Mombasa.

Son of the late Peter Owino Awuor and the late Catherine Anyango Owino. Grandson to the late Mikael Awuor Obiero and Debora Awuor of Gem Karariw Masogo Village and the late Ambrose Ombalo and Phelister Andeso of Ahono Village, Brother to Brenda Akoth, the late Dennis Owino, Pheny Awuor and the late Peter.

Brother-in-law to Godfrey Onyango and Wilson Njite Nephew to the late Alfred Alunda, David Odhiambo, Richard Opiyo, Mary Gorretti Ala, the late Conslate Apiyo, Angelina Masime, Uncle to Wayne Ochiengi, Wendy Atieno, Lilian Awuor, lane Achieng’, Janet Njite Flavian Njite and Samuel Ombalo.

Cousin to Wickliffe, Mary, Charles, Millicent, Yasmin, Daniel, Eunice, Samuel, Jane, Ben, Philip, Phoebe,Nick, Joan, Michael, noel, Fidel, Beryl, Lydia, Jessica, Judy, Ochieng, Penina, Apiyo, Adongo and Orobo.

Mourners shall assemble at Coast General mortuary on Thursday 31 August 2023 at 1PM for prayers and departure.

Funeral service will be at St. Phillip’s Mahoma ACK on Friday 1 September 2023 at 11 AM. followed by an overnight vigil at his father’s home on the same day from 4PM. Interment service and final rites will be held on Saturday 2 September 2023 at his father’s home in Gem Karariw Masogo Village from 10.00 AM.
