Pamela Kemunto Moranga

We are sad to announce the death of Madam Pamela Kemunto Moranga, the principal of Omware Secondary School through a tragic road traffic accident on 20th July 2022.

She was married to Abel Moranga Ongwacho (businessman) and a mother to Dr. Valentine Ninah (KTRH), Gad Ondicho and Gab Maina and mother-in-law to Douglas Omeru (Engineer).

Daughter to the late Zedekiah Keengwe Maina and Jerusha Nyaboke Keengwe of Nyamusi Village, Nyamira County.

Sister to Dr. Isaac Keengwe, the late Enock Maina, Kepha Keengwe, the late Vane Mogasa, Adv Sammy Keengwe, Sophy Mogikoyo, Olipha Keengwe, Prof Jared Keengwe (USA), Esther Keengwe, Dr. Job Keengwe (USA), Stella Keengwe (USA), and Sarah Keengwe.

Sister-in-law-to Dr. Jane Nyakundi, Ambassador Connie Maina, Sally Nailole Kepha (KDB), Zipporah, Dr. Grace (USA) and Dr. Deneka (USA), Janesy, Grace, Teresa and Leah. Her brother-in-laws: Moguche, the late Simeon/Ongaki and Moracha, Nyamari, Ongwacho, Momanyi and Tom.

Niece to the late (Mireri, Mokaya, Onsomu & Daniel Ondicho), Mwango, Meroka, Kebiro, Omondi, Pr James Maina (USA), the late Pr & Mrs Buruchara, Osoro’s, Angwenyi’s Oyugi’s, Mobes’s, Onguso’s, Nyamasege’s.

Aunt to Gideon Ondicho (UK), Kanini Mogasa, Josephat Moracha, Mary Omwacha (Family Bank) and other nieces and nephews.

There will be a fundraising on Wednesday, 27th July 2022 starting 1.00p.m at three venues: Canas Hotel (Kisii), Suneka Market Centre and at the family residence at Suneka, Kisii County.

The cortege leaves Kisii Level 6 Hospital Mortuary at 1.00p.m on Thursday, 28th July 2022 for overnight stay at the family residence Suneka, Kisii County. The funeral service and burial will take place at the family residence Suneka, Kisii county on Friday July 29th 2022 from 9am.
