It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing into Glory of Pastor Francis Elias Wainaina Mugo, of Message of the Hour Assembly – Nakuru (Kenlands Church), that occurred on Saturday 7Th October, 2023.

eloved husband of the late Elizabeth Waithira Wainaina. Loving father of the late Marion Njeri Wainaina, the late Reuben Mugo Wainaina, David Mbugua Wainaina, Dorcas Waniiru Wainaina, Samuel Kamau Wainaina and Franciscah Wanjiku Wainaina.

Son of the late Reuben Mugo and Njeri Mugo. Brother to Siphira Wanjiku Mwaura (Mbugiti, Murang’a), the late Samuel Kamau, the late Waithira Mugo, Simon Thuku (Elburgon), Virginia Waniiru Mburu, Francis George Wainaina Mugo (Juja) the late Samuel Njihia Mugo, Siphira Wanjiku Waweru, the late Priscilla Nunga Ngigi and Stanley Thuku Mugo (Limuru).

Brother-in-law to Karanja Kahare, the late Njuguna Kahare, Gaitho Kahare and Kigo Kahare.

Grandfather of Florence Aruta Namasaka, Francis Wainaina Mbugua, Soniah Liz Waithira, Samuel Kamau Mbugua, Reuben Mugo Mbugua, Peter Mungai Mbugua, Esther Wangui Muiga and Francis Wainaina Muiga.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the Message of the Hour Assembly Nakuru (Kenlands Church), starting from 4.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home – Nairobi on Friday 20th October, 2023 at 3.30am for Funeral Service at Nakuru Show Ground starting from 8.00am and thereafter the burial ceremony will be held at Nakuru South Cemetery.
