Pastor Hesbon Ala Libese

It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mzee Hesbon Ala, which occurred on the 6th March 2022.

Mzee Ala was born to the late Simeon Libese and the late Abigael Nyamusi.

He was brother to the late Luka Aseneka, late Leah, Prisca, Dr. lgambi Libese, the late Karen and Florence.

He was a loving husband to Pastor Dorcas Vugutsa Ala; beloved father to Dr. Geoffrey Magada, Joyce Makori, Eric Libese, the late Pauline Afandi, Maurice Onzere, Edgar Mmbehi, Robert Endeheli and Agnes Aleyo.

Father-in law to Dr. Susan, Makori Obiero, Judy, Emmy, Lucia, Molly and David. He had 20 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Kaimosi Jumuia Mortuary on Saturday 12th March 2022 at 10.00arn.

The burial will take place at his Magui home,in Vihiga county on Sunday 13th March 2022.

Friends and relatives are meeting today at All Saints Cathedral- Nairobi for prayers, planning and funds drive towards meeting the funeral expenses.

We mourn the passing on of a great Dad, who left behind a powerful legacy of humility, simplicity and hard work.
