Patrick John Oriku

We regret to announce the death of Mzee Patrick John Oriku (formerly of Ministry of Lands).

Son of the late Barsil Omae and Serephina Nyangoni of Ogecho village Nyabururu, West Kitutu South- Kisii that occurred on 29th September 2019 at Elgon View Hospital, Eldoret. Husband of Keremensia Ogake and Theresa Bonareri. Father of Mary Arasa, late Charles, Florence, Omae, Margret, the late Peter, late Rose, Jenipher, Esther Bascal, Richard, Evans, Naom, Josphine, Veronica, Paul and Rebecca. Brother of Lucia, the Lates (Schorastica, Zakayo, Boisabi and Mosota). Korera of Late Keoro, Nyangau, Gwaro among others. Father in law of Japhet Arasa, Stella, Bibiana, Okioga among others. Grandfather and great grandfather of many.

The body leaves Cherenganyi Hospital Mortuary, Kitale on Thursday, 12th September 2019 for a memorial service at his Cherenganyi farm before being transferred to Maridadi farm for overnight stay. Burial will be on Friday, 13th September 2019 at Maridadi farm, Kitale.
