Patrick Kahuhu Muniu

It’s with deep sorrow and acceptance of Gods will that we announce the passing on of Patrick Kahuhu Muniu, that occurred on 8th June, 2023. Until his death Patrick was working at the Office of the Auditor General.

Son of the late George Muniu Mirara and the late Margaret Njeri Muniu. Son-in-law to Charles Wang’ombe and Clemente Chao.

Loving husband to Victoria Walegwa Chao. Loving father to Milton Muniu, Fiona Margaret Njeri, Martin Shambi and Liam Mwangi.

Brother to Peter Mwangi, Bernard Mirara, Samwel Njogu, James frungu, the late Pauline Wambui, the late Betty Wanjiru and Regina Nyambura. Brother-in-law to Jane Wanjiku, Johnson Mwamburi and Daudi Mwachia.

Nephew to Jane Mirara, David Karanja, Rose Nyambura, Lucy Wanjiku, Jane Mwangi and Victor Bowmer.

Uncle to George, Margaret, Irene and many others. Cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kiamunyi – Nakuru and at his father’s home in Molo at 4.00pm for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves War Memorial Mortuary on 16th June, 2023 at 8.00am for the funeral service and burial at Mutirithia farm in Molo.

Eternal rest grant unto him, 0 Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
