It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing on of Patrick Munyao Kitonyi on Tuesday 10th September, 2019.

Son of the late David Kitonyi Mumo and the late Naomi Mumbua. Husband to Martha Ndunge. Son-in-law of the late Stephen Munyao Ndulwa and Teresia Nzisi Munyao. Dad of Alex Musee, Mary Kavete (TSC) ,Teresia Mumbua (TSC), John Nzuki (KWFT), Erastus Mulu (NPS) and Martinah Muthio. Father-in-law of Joseph Muthini, Martin Mwalavu (OOP), Naom Musee Judy Nzuki and Christine Mulu (NPS). He had 19 grandchildren. Brother of the late Nicholas Mbithi, the late Catherine Nthenya, Regina Mutisya, Franco Kitonyi, the late Stanslus Mutuku, Georgina Mueni, Juliana Kavete, Bernard Kilamu and Raphael Mumo. Brother-in-law of Sila, Frank, Ndunda, Muthama, the late Nicholas, Monthe, Catherine, Fidelma and Tinah.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily 5:30pm for prayers and burial arrangements at his rural home and at Vesba Restaurant, Development House, Nairobi.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home for burial at rural home, Unyuani village, Kagundo Sub-county on Saturday 21st September, 2019.
