Patrick Mwaniki Karanja (Chui)

(1938 – 2021)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Patrick Mwaniki Karanja formerly of Pakam Transporters which occurred on 14th of July 2021 at Nairobi West Hospital after a short illness.

He was the fourth born to the late Karanja Rurinja and his wife Hannah Wanjiku (Kabiri) of Githioro, Gathugu Village, Githunguri Sub-County, Kiambu County. Brother to the late Kamau, Njambi, Njoroge, Wambari and Njenga. A loving husband to the late Mary Wambui Mwaniki. A great Dad to Simon Karanja, Sarah Wairimu, Eunice Wanjiru, Anne Njeri, Purity Muthoni, Beatrice Nungari and Benard Mwaura of Matrix Logistics Ltd. Father in-law to Muthoni, Mwangi, Wanjiru and Wambui.

Grandfather to Patrick Snr, Virginia, Faith, Esther, Giana, Purity, Jayden ,Hezekiah, Patrick Jnr, Florence, John, Arianna, Joan, Grace, Mark, Vince, Kayla, Vicki, late T.J, Joy, Wanda and Jeremy.

Great Grandfather to Steve, Joy, Tasha, Hadassah, Shanice and Ryan.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday 23rd of July 2021 at 6am for funeral and burial service at his Rongai farm (Salgaa) in Nakuru County.
