Paul Kigaya Noru

It’s with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Paul Kigaya Noru on 19th May, 2022.

Son of the late Joseph Noru Kabui and the late Maria Wanjiku Noru and the late Freshia Wangui Noru. Husband to the late Eleanor Wambui Kigaya and Lucy Nyambura Kigaya. A cherished Brother to the late Joakim Kabui, Ann Gathoni, Gilbert Magera, Jane Gathoni, the late Patrick Kabui, the late Peter Gichu, Elizabeth Nyambura, Paul Karogo, Samuel Kungu, Timothy Njora and the late Mirriam Wanjiru.

Loving Father to Joseph Noru, Maria Wanjiku, Gilbert Gathuo, Joakim Kabui, Julius Mwangi, and Jane Wanjiru. Father-in-law to Caroline Wanjiru, James Kinyanjui, Hadiyah Kabui, Lucy Njeri and Amos Githaiga. Grandfather to Wambui, Manyeki, Amari, Isabel, Khai, Kyshia Paul Kigaya Noru and Khloe.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home in Kariobangi South in the evening from 4:00pm.

There will a requiem mass at Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Kariobangi South, Nairobi on Wednesday, 25th May, 2022 at 6:00pm.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Memorial Funeral Home (Northern Bypass) on Friday 27th May, 2022 at 7:00am, with viewing scheduled beforehand at 6:30am. The funeral Mass will be held at St. Consolata Parish Catholic Church – Tuthu, Kangema, Murang’a County, starting at 11:00am. Thereafter, the interment will follow at his home ire Tuthu, Mataka-ini (Kahata) Village.
