Paul Obara Elly

We are saddened to announce the demise of Paul Obara Elly formerly of Department of Fisheries.

Son of the late Mzee Elly Odhiambo Ongudi and Mama Dorka Achieng Elly of Kaswanga Rusinga. Step son of Mzee Odero Ongudi, the late Phelida Nyengo, Norah Omollo and the late Damaris Odhiambo among others. Husband of Josephine Obara and Margaret Obara. Beloved father of Crawley Omondi, Genyl Achieng and Clive Elly Odhiambo. Brother of Grace Opiyo, Jim Ochieng the late Margaret Ajwang,Tom Elly, late Teresa and Milka Odhiambo.

Cousin of the late Amb. Michael Okeyo, the late Meshack Otieno, the late Moses Ouma Ogwanjo, Margaret Omollo and Semekia Onyango among others. Uncle of Nicole Ochieng, late Elly Odhiambo, Violet Wasuna, Emma Opiyo, Lilian Opiyo the late Herbert Okeyo, the late Abisalom Otieno, Zephania Ouma, Cecil Omondi,Tom Okeyo, Abisalom Ouma, Elly Ouma, Jackline Achieng, Esther, Grandy Vera, Sandra, Elly Arudo,Trupheba among others. Son-in-law of the late Mzee Willis Okwirry of Kamngere-Rusinga and William Omitah of Kasipul. Brother in-law of the late Margaret Ochieng, Debbie Okeyo, Prof.Acholla Okeyo, Rose Otieno,Tabitha Aoko, Joice Okeyo among others.

Harambee to defray medical and hospital bills will be on Tuesday 11th July 2017 at All Saints Cathedral Hall at 5:00 p.m.
