It is with humble acceptance that we announce the sudden and untimely death of Peter Matheka Wambua (Teacher, Kalukuni Secondary School) which occurred on 14/9/2020.
Son of Julius Wambua Malai and Benedetta Wambua. Loving husband of Jemaimah Matheka. (Business lady Matuu). Loving father of Joseph Wambua (Joy Spring Academy), Abigael Ndinda (Joy Spring Academy) and Fabian Mumo. Brother of Mary Syombua, Aiphonce Mutuku, Agnes Kanini (Sofia Primary), Ageline Nduku (Bright Star Athi River), and late Patrick Muoki (NCBA bank). Uncle of Veronica, Stephen, Faith, Abigael, Hanifa, Precious and Geana Maria. Son in law of Dorcas Musyoka (Tr, Kalukuni Primary) and Musyoka Kiviu (Tr, Kikesa primary).
Grandson of Elizabeth Muoki and Kaumo Malei. Nephew of Mutaka, Kasuu, Ngovi, Fr. Bon, Fr. Dominic, Hillary, Veronica Kalungu, Dominic Muoki (DCIO Balambala, Mutie, Sr Celestine, Kamene. Cousin of Maria Nzisa (Seattle USA), Cecilia Uvyu (KPLC), Mrs. Katiku( Nguuku Secondary), Munyao Mutaka (Kambuso Secondary), Francis Kasuo (Business man Matuu) among others. Brother in law of Nzau, Zippora, among others.
he burial ceremony will be held at lthekethini Primary School and laid to rest at his parents’ home at lthekethini village, Matuu, Yatta sub county, Machakos county on 26/09/2020.
I’ve lost a friend, teacher, mentor and a parent too.
Family members take heart during these hard times.
