Peter Mwenda Karanja

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Peter Mwenda Karanja of Wamuini, Kitale.

Son of the late Gideon Karanja Kinyanjui and Beatrice Waithera. Husband of Lucy Wangui Mwenda. Father of Kelvin Karanja, Beatrice Waithera, Eric Muthengia and Francis Githinji and Latif Karanja. Brother of Irene Gichuru, Sarah Wangui and the late Kinyanjui, Njehia, Ndugi and Mburu. He’s a grandfather, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many.

The cortege leaves Mt. Elgon Hospital Mortuary, Kitale on Friday, 6th September, 2019 at 9:30am.The funeral service and burial will follow thereafter at their Wamuini home at 11:00am.

Meetings and prayers for funeral arrangements are being held daily at their Wamuini home at 4.00pm and in Nairobi at Homeland Inn on Thika Road till Tuesday 3rd September, 2019 from 6:30pm.
