It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Teachers Service Commission announces the death of Peter Mwongela Mwania of TSC Lamu County which occurred on 25th July 2023.

Peter was the son of Joseph Mwania Mulinge (late) and Maria Mwelu Mwania (late).

Husband of Esther Wanjiru Mwangi. Father of Sharon Mwelu, Brian Mulinge and Moureen Wanjira.

Brother of Benendeta Nduku (late), Marietta Kalekye, Magdaline Nyiva, Teresia Mido, Annah Mumbua, Agnes Mweni and Juliana Katunge.

Uncle of Martin, Marya, Paul, Esther, Grace, Daniel, Kyalo, Shiro and Junior. Nephew of Boniface Mutua,Tabitha Mwei among others.

Son-in-law of John Mwangi Wahome and Gladys Wanjira Mwangi. Brother-in-law of Rahab Wanjiku, Stephen Mwangi among others. Grandfather of Amore Wanjiru.

The cortege leaves Mpeketoni Hospital Mortuary tomorrow 1st August 2023 at 8.00a.m. The burial and funeral service will be held thereafter at his home in Umoja Village, Mpeketoni Division, Lamu West Sub County, Lamu County from 9.00a.m.
