Peter Njuguna Thairu

It is with deep sorrow we announce the death of Peter Njuguna Thairu (Arahuka of Arahuka Animal Feeds) Kiambu County, Kabete Sub-county, Gitaru Ward.

Beloved son of the late Thairu Mwaura and Dorcas Njoki Thairu. Husband of Elizabeth Wanjiru Njuguna. Father of Dorcas Macharia of Oljororok, Damaris Kihanya, Grace Kamau, Elder Jane Nganga, John Kimani, Stephen Thairu, James Mwaura (Baggy), Hon. Charles wa Arahuka (former Chairman Kikuyu County Council and Chief Whip Kiambu County) and Nancy Wambui. Grandfather and great-grandfather to many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his home in Gitaru, near Ngure Primary School at 5.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves PCEA Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on Monday 18th November, 2019 at 9.00am for funeral service at PCEA Joseph Ngwachi Rungiri at 11.00am and burial thereafter at his farm in Ngubi Gitaru.
