Peterson Wachira Kondia

After 80 glorious and fun-filled years with a lasting legacy, Mwalimu Peterson Wachira Kondia has gone to be with the Lord. Mwalimu hailed from Kiaguthu, Othaya district, and taught in various schools in Nakuru over thirty years.

He was the son of the late Wangari and Francis Kondia Gachichio; brother to Frachiah Wangari and the late James Gachichio Kondia, and Frachiah Wangui and the late David Gichu Kondia; as well as son in law of the late Frachiah Wanjiru and Michael Munyori Githaiga. He was the Loving husband to Jane Wambui Wachira and loving father to the late Frachiah Wangari, the late Betty and Francis Kondia Mwaniki, Florence Wanjiru and Dr Chris Mbutiti, Rachael Wairimu and Steve Maina, Jane Wanjiru and Andrew Gichimu, Joyce Njeri and Ken Ouma. and Catherine Nyambura and the late Simon lihanda

Grandfather to Jennifer Wambui and Kumbu Kiume, Laban Muita, Eva wangui Mwangi, Esther Njoki, Marine L/CPL Dennis Mwangi, Rose wambui, Irene wangari and Philip Nkichabe, Peterson Wanjohi, Chris Wachira, Diana Njeri, Brian Kimari, Edward Wachira, Sandra Achieng, Darian Wachira, Eric Wachira, Vanessa Wambui, Seda Wachira, Sonia Wangari, Adam Lihanda and Chloe Wambui. He was doting great grandfather to Joe Kiume, Angel Wangari, Arthur Mbutiti and Harvey Nkichabe.

The cortege will leave Umash funeral home, Nakuru at 9:30a.m on 5th October 2019, for service at PCEA Murunyu Church. Interment will follow at his Murunyu farm home in Nakuru.

Rest in peace daddy, guka, great grand pa, uncle, friend and teacher.
