Philip Kosgey Chepkicho

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip Kosgey Chepkicho of Rafiki farm, Kabarak – Nakuru County which occurred on 10th June 2022 at Nairobi Hospital.

Loving husband to Lily Chelagat Kosgey and father to Sharon Chebet, Fred Kiprono (JKUAT), Leon Kipkoech (Kabarak High School) and Ian Kipkemboi (Sun and Shield School). Grandfather to Sekani Khaza.

He was the 5th born child of the late Johana Chepkicho Chemosi and Kabon Chepkicho. Son-in-law to the late Benjamin Kiprotich Tigogo, Sod Tigogo and Catelyn Sod Tigogo. He was brother to William, the late Samuel, Mike (Director Sports Elgeyo Marakwet county), the late Wilson, Paul (Simotwo High School), Luke and Nixon. Brother-in-law to Nancy, Jane, Susan, Evelyn, Carolyn, Rose and, the Tikogos: Joseph, the late Daniel, James, Paul, Christopher, Jeremiah, Robert and Isaac.

Philip was a devoted employee of Kenya Pipeline Limited.

Harambee to offset medical expenses and Funeral preparation will be held on Thursday, 16th June 2022 at his home Rafiki Farm Kabarak – Nakuru County time from 2:00 pm.

The body leaves Umash Funeral Home on Friday 17th June 2022 for an overnight stay at his home Rafiki Farm. Prayers and burial will take place on Saturday 18th June 2022 in his farm from 9:00 am.
