It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved Father Mr. Philip Wamuti Muchane on 12th September 2019 at 9:00 p.m.

He was the Son of late Samuel Muchane Wamuti and late Mary Wambui Muchane and a Stepson to Esther Wanjiku Muchane. Son in law to late Julius Ngugi and late Martha Nduta. Loving Husband to Josephine Njeri Wamuti. Doting Father to Jane Wambui, Sammy Muchane, Caroline Nduta, Beatrice Muthoni and Susan Wanjiku. Father in law to Irene Muchane and Denis Cheruiyot. Grandfather to Mbuthia Moko, Nina Njeri, Imani Wachuka and Geila Wambui. He was a Brother to Hanna Gathoni, John Njuki Elizabeth Wanjiru, Peter Njuguna, Mary Gathoni, David Ndungu, Jane Wanja, Irene Wairimu, David Mary Waithira, Jane Wahu and Lucy Njeri.

The Family and Friends are meeting daily at their Embu Residence in Blue Valley (Kiambuthi) at 5:00p.m.

There will be a memorial service at the St. Paul’s ACK Cathedral Church in Embu on Wednesday, 18th September 2019 at 2:00 p.m.

The Cortege will leave the Gakwegori Funeral Home-Embu on Friday, 20th September 2019 at 6:00 am for a graveside service and burial at his ancestral home in Ndeiya, Limuru at 10:00 a.m.
