It is with great sorrow we announce the death of Mrs. Phyllis lthitu Mbaabu.

Wife of the late Ex-Snr Chief Elisha Mbaabu of Igoji Location. Mother to Boniface Njiru (Njiru Boniface & Co. Advocates), the late Theophilus Muchiri Mbaabu (Metropolitan Auctioneers), Lucy Nthiga, Prof. Speranza Ndege (University of Embu), Advocate Lawrence M Mbabu (L.M Mbabu & Associates), Faustina Kagendo Murage, Catherine Karimi Mbabu (Briant General Supplier), Alexander Njeru Mbaabu (Lamu), Kenneth Kiambi Mbaabu (Kitengela Square Foot), Nkatha Wanjau (The East African University).

Mother-in-law of Anne Njiru, Freda Njiru, Nyambura Njeru, the late Triphosa Muchiri, Jason Nthiga, Boniface Ndege (Royal Associates), Anne Mbabu (Kajuju Simply), Jane Murithi (CBK), Hezron Murage, Peter Muriungi (EA Construction), Edith Kiambi, Gabriel Wanjau (QS) and Dr. A. Njoki (JKUAT).

Grandmother of Josphat, Benson, Simon, James, Lucy, Kinoti, Mwenda, the late Mugambi, Mwiti, Isaac, Rahab, Kajuju, Karambu, Elizabeth, Elijah, Ruth, Jose, Chiku, Morning Dew, John, Sarah, Miriam, Lois, Mercy, Sharon, Michael, the late Roy, Barbara, Mwendwa, Oscar, Dennis, Linda, Shem, David, Muthomi, Munene, Stacey, Angelica, Judy, Kathurima, Keith, Munene, Herbert, Kevin, Vanessa and others. Great-grandmother to many and a great-great-grandmother of one.

The funeral will be held on 2nd July, 2022. The cortege leaves Nkubu Consolata Hospital and thereafter a funeral ceremony at St. Jude Primary School, Kieni Kia Ndege and at her home at Ndariani Village, Kiathathi Location.
