Phyllis Wanjiru Mbugua

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Phyllis Wanjiru Mbugua of Kiambogo village Shamata Location, Nyandarua County.

She is a loving daughter of the late Laban Karugia and late Grace Wambui (Thitu).

Loving wife to the late Stephen Mbugua Mbuthi. Daughter in-law to the late Mbuthi Mbugua and the late Lucy Wangari.

Loving mother of James Muiruri, Lucy Wangari, Joseph Ndung’u, Justus Nyutu, Grace Wambui, Samuel Njuguna, Beth Muthoni, Simon Berenju and the lates David Mbuthi, George Mathai and Jane Njeri. Mother in law to Wanjiku Muiruri, Muhia Kaberere, Wanja Ndung’u, Mary Muthoni, Charles Kihumba, Joyce Njuguna and Susan Berenju.

Loving sister to Nyutu, Muthoni, Njeri, Njoki, Njogu, Kiiru and the lates Mathai and Mugo. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting at her Shamata home and at her son’s residence in Thika Greens estate for burial preparations.

The cortege leaves Nakuru Level 5 hospital mortuary on Thursday 24th March 2022 at 7am for funeral service at her Shamata home at 10am where she will be laid to rest hereafter.
