Pilice Kanini Nthenge

Death has occurred of Pilice Kanini Nthenge of Misakwani, Mukalala village, Machakos County who passed away peacefully in her sleep on the night of June 5, 2021.

She was the wife of the late David Nthenge, daughter to the late Benjamin and Philia Kioko of Maiuni village, Mumbuni. She was mother of Jacqueline Ndindi Masika, the late Ndunge, Catherine Mumbua, Musyoka (Mbisi), the late Kamene and late Loko (Nai).

She was the mother in-law to Francis Masika of Masika and Company Advocates and Catherine Nduku.

She was sister to the late Seth Mbithi, Esther Wavinya Timothy, Blanche Kalekye Maweu, Rachael Mbula Nduilu, Harrison Mutune, the late Musembi Kioko, the late Musau, Nelson Muasya, Christine Mueni and Julius Mutuku Kioko.

She was grandmother to Judith Mbula, Nthenge, Faith Mbula, Brigid, Claudia Mutheu Tracy Mwikali, Debra, Mutuku, late Walter Muinde, Eric Nthenge, Faith Kanini, Cornelius Masika, Abigael Mueni and Mueni among others. Great grandmother to 15 great grand children.

The body will be removed from Montezuma Funeral Home at 5am followed by a funeral service on Saturday 12th June 2021, at her home in Mukalala village near Machakos town starting from 9am Covid protocols shall be strictly observed.
