Rachael Kerubo Marasi

It’s with great sadness we announce the untimely death of sister Rachael Kerubo Marasi, which occurred on Tuesday 26/11/2019 at Kenyatta National Hospital after a brief illness.

She is wife to elder Alfred (Anderson) Marasi Nyarunda of Ngong Central S.D.A. church. Daughter of the late Nelson Maina Mochache and mama Eunice Kemunto of Nyaura – Menyinkwa. She’s mother of Dickson Nyarunda, Job Nyakego and Ezra Ondieki. Mother-in-law of Esther Wahu. Sister of Edward, Tom, Cyrus, Mobisa, Ruth, Alice, Jane, Irene, Dinnah, the late Jared and Moragwa. Others are Zakaria, Julius, Mary, Milka, Florence, Josephine, Lister and the late Norah. Her uncles include Sarara, Peter, Mochache, Ontita, Kerandi, Onchangu, the late Mariga, Monda and Joshua. Others are Otara, Makori, Moruri, George, Ombori and Mokono. Her aunties are Kwamboka, Milka, Nyaboke, Jane, Nyanduko and the late Marita. Others are Milka, Jane, Mong’ina, Sera, Priscilla, Esther and the late Mogwasi. Other are: Keremensia, Jane, Florence, Norah, Beatrice.

She is sister-in-law of Ondieki, Robin, Ezekiel, Obebo, Ouko and Jimmy and the late Araka. She’s cousin of Eunice, Bob, Grace, Justus, Anne, Ongeri, Jane, Onserio, Susan Mochache (Ps Ministry Of Health), Sammy, Richard, Damacline, Obare, Alex, Enock, Dr Amos, Norah, Esnah, Lazaro’ Ngere, Zipporah and Alex. Others are Thomas, Peninah, Onchoke, Hellen, Aganyo, Sarah among others. Aunt of Jackline, Nyarunda Brian, Nyagaka, Justus, Kometa, Darvin and George. Others are Nyaboke, Masese, Monayo, Barbara, Jaiden. Others include Jackline, Alex, Christine, Onex, Joshua among others.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary 7.00 am on Thursday 5/12/19 for her rural home in Ting’a village, Bogwendo sub-location, Magombo Division, Kitutu Masaba — Nyamira County for burial on Friday 6/12/19.

Friends and relatives are meeting from 4.30 pm today at Nairobi Central S.D.A. church — basement hall for a fundraising. All are welcome.
