Raphael Githaiga Njuho (Gathigira)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Raphael Githaiga Njuho (Gathigira), which occurred on Friday 3rd June, 2022.

Son of Dadson Njuho and Shelmith Mugechi. Brother to Stephen Wachira, Watson Kigano, Margaret Wambui, Elizabeth Nyakinyua and Peter Wanjau. Beloved husband to Margaret Wakesho. Loving and doting father to Susan Wangechi, Jack Gathigira, Mark Mwaseia and Steve Wachira. Father-in-law to Salome Njeri. Grandfather to Maya, Maria and many others. Uncle to Patrick, Mwangi, Wambui, Wangeci, Danny, Mureithi, Gathigira, Wangare, Mwarania, Winnie, Wangui and many others.

Family and friends are meeting at his home in Kanyanjiru at 3.00pm and in Nairobi at his Kasarani Hunters Home, from 6.00pm.

The cortege leaves Tumutumu Hospital mortuary on Friday, 10th June, 2022 at 9.00am. Burial will be held at his home in Kanyanjiru Kiangoma Village, Mathira, Nyeri County. Funeral service will start at 11.00am.
