Raphael Kiveli Mbaluka

It is with humble acceptance of the demise of Mr. Raphael Kiveli Mbaluka, while undergoing treatment at Kerugoya Level 5 Hospital on 8th April, 2021. He was the Assistant Director of Fisheries (NARDTC-SAGANA FISHERIES).
He was the son of Mr. Paul Mbaluka Kitili and the late Munzau Mbaluka. He was brother to the late Muthini Nzavwala, Richard, Late Sammy, Kambua, late Kaseve, Mutuku, Kioko, Mutua and Syombua. He was son-in-law to the Late Joseph Kavivya Mutuia and Pauline Nzambl Kavivya. Brother in law to Woyie Kavivya, Katiwa and many others. He was a cousin to Muimi, Kyatu, Mukai and many others.
The late was uncle to Sabina, Joseph, Ngaso, Mulwa, Faith, Denis, Oscar and many others. Mr. Mbaluka has left the wife Mrs. Francisca Maria Kavivya, children; Michael Mutinda Kiveli, Ann Munzau Kivell and James Muema Kiveli.
Burial arrangements ongoing at his Miembeini home next to P.C.EA Church, Sagana — Kirinyaga County. He will be buried at Githuguya, along Sagana — Kagio Road on Wednesday, April 14th 2021 at 9:00am.
We have lost an exemplary role model, a great mentor, a cheerful leader and a loving father. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Till we meet again.
