It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Rebeccah Nduta Kimani (Wa Waithaka) of Kiria-ini Village, Mathioya Sub-County, Murang’a.

Wife of the late Elias Kimani Karuku. Loving mother of the Late John W. Karuku (Kamagogo), Stephen Karuku (Mukurweini), Margaret Njeri (Nairobi), Dr. Edward Waithaka (ASDSP Samburu), Elizabeth Nyambura (Kagumoini), Alphaxard Kiroko (Nairobi), John Maina (Abu Dhabi), Lucy Wambui (Kahawa-Nrb) and Duncun Kiiru (Nairobi). Mother-in-law of Lucy Wangari, Margaret Gathoni, Andrew Kamau, Mary Kirigo (Ng’arua), Raphael Maina, Elizabeth Njoki, Martha Wambui (USA), Josphat Maina and Rachel Wanjiku. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting at Munyaka Guest House, River Road, Nairobi from 6.00pm and at her Kamagogo home for prayers and burial arrangements. Cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on Friday 15th September, 2017 at 8.00am for funeral service t Kiriko ACK church and thereafter burial at her Kamagogo farm on the same day.
