Retired CI Francis Kipchojo Kidogo

It’s with deep sorrow and a humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of the Retired Cl- Police Francis Kipchojo Kidogo on the 13th of June, 2023 while undergoing treatment at MTRH, Eldoret.

Son of the late Kidogo Chemjor and the late Tungo Kidogo. Step-Son to the late Teriki, the late Kabon, the late Sote, Kimoi and the late Kobilo Kidogo.

Husband to Mrs Jennifer Kipchojo. Beloved father to Belinda Jemutai, Robert Kiptoo, Morris Kipkazi, Asaneth Jerop, and James Chepngotie

Father-in-law to Carolyne Kiyai Kiptoo and grandfather to Shanel, Blessing,Titus and Amanda.

Brother to the late Kipkaliny, the late Kipwalei, Kabon Lagat, Michael, Ronald, Kabon Ambetsa, Kabon Kipnyagalal, Henry, Khalifa, Linah Chelimo, Musa, John, Charles, Esther Tanui, Major Erick, Annah, Kimutai, Nancy, Evans, Joyce, Robert, Stanley, Ruth, Nicholas, Kipchumba, and Danstan Kidogo.

He was a nephew to the late Chepyator, the late Chepsongol, the late Dickson, the late Rotich, the late Kipkoech, the late Kiptum, and Kiptiony Chemjor. He was a cherished friend to many, and a respected member of Tenges community.

A fundraiser – come together by friends and relatives will be held on Wednesday, 21st June, 2023 from 2.30pm at his residence in Omoin, Tenges, as well as in Milimani AIC, Nairobi from 5.00pm.

Daily prayers take place at his home in Omoin, Tenges.

The funeral service will take place at Tenges Primary School on Saturday, the 24th of June, followed by the burial at his Omoin home.
