Retired Elder Cyrus Wambugu Mbogo

It is in humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing to glory of Retired Elder Cyrus Wambugu Mbogo.

He was son of the late Jackson Mbogo Muthui and Joyce Wothaya Mbogo. Son in-law of Zakayo & Ruth Muhindi.

Formerly a teacher at Kamburaini Pry, Narumoru , township, Muthangira, Birisha, Kiriti High SchDeputy Principal Tambaya High Sch and later Principal Ihwa High Sch.

Husband of Theresa Wangari Wambugu, father of Jackson Mbogo, Joyce Nyawira Muriithi and Sarah Wanjugu. An uncle to many. Grandfather of Natalie & William Githaga, Jason & Jamie Mbogo. Brother of Alice Gichuki, the late Florence Gichohi, Phoebe Munano, Warugongo Mbogo, Ndung’u  Mbogo, Gathinji Mbogo, the late Ngatia Mbogo and Mithaa Mbogo. Brother in-law to Mr. & Mrs. Kyalo and Mr. Rtd. Elder Cyrus & Mrs. Githaga.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his Lamuria home.

The cortege leaves Mary Immaculate Funeral Home on Tuesday 29/09/2020 at 9:30 am and hereafter funeral and burial service at their home in Lamuria, Kieni West.
