Retired Elder James Njuguna Kinuthia (Mwalimu)

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Retired Elder James Njuguna Kinuthia of Mwambato Village, Gatanga Sub-county, Muranga County.

Son of the late Zachariah Kinuthia Ndaba and the late Elizabeth Mukina Kinuthia.

Loving husband to Esther Wairimu Njuguna. Father to the late Evanson Kinuthia, Hosewell Wainaina, Peter Gitau, Cyrus Mburu, Anne Wanjiku, George Muhia, Susan Njoki and John Kahara.

Brother to the late Amos Gitau, the late Thomas Mataha, the late Daniel Kamau and the late Rebecca Mumbi.

Grandfather to Jimmy and Adrine Wairimu (Belgium), Waithira, Jim, Esther Mburu, Joy, Shiku, Caroline Ngugi, Cate, Charity, Caroline Muhia, James Muhia, Ngina, Jeff and many.

Great grandfather to Emmanuel, Wanjiku, Wainaina Junior, Lulu, Nathaniel, and Waithira Allan.

Friends are meeting daily at his residence in Mwambato Village from 2.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Kabati on 11th May, 2023 at 8.00am for the church service at PCEA Paul Mbiyu Church at 9:30am. The burial will take place at his home in Thuita, Mukurwe, Gatanga Sub-county.

We will dearly miss you. Rest in peace till we meet again.
