Rev. Alfred Mbuthia Wangai

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Rev. Alfred Mbuthia Wangai which occurred on 22/08/2019.

Beloved son of the late Wallace Wangai Gatinu and Esther Wambui. Loving Husband of Mary Thara Mbuthia. Father of Caroline Mukoma, Wallace Wangai, Esther Wambui and Hellen Njeri. Brother of Grace Njeri, Milkah Wanjiku, John Gichuru, Henry Kuria, Martha Wanjiru, Godffrey Kanyiri, Rachel Wairimu, Susan Waithira and the late Margaret Njoki. Grandfather of Alvin Nyambari, Princess Marya, Grace and Mary (Ngigi) and Mary (Kamary). Father-in-law of Peterson Mukoma, George Ngigi, Eliud Wambu and Simon Mutiso.

Family, friends and relative are meeting daily at his home Kerwa (Kanduma).

There will be a memorial Service on Wednesday 28/08/2019 starting 3.00pm at PCEA Nyathuna Church.

The cortege leaves PCEA Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary, on Friday 30th August 2019 at 9.00am. Burial ceremony will be held at PCEA Kanyanjara starting 10.00am and thereafter burial at is home Kerwa Kanduma.
