Rev. Fr. Nicholas Kasomo Kaloki, C.M.
It is with heavy heart that we the Congregation of the Mission of St. Vincent De Paul (Vincentian Fathers and Brothers) Kenya Region announce the passing on of our dearly beloved priest, Rev. Fr. Nicholas Kasomo- Kaloki, CM, on Thursday June 2nd 2021 in the USA after an illness Bravely borne.
Fr. Nicholas served at St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Kamulu, Holy Cross Parish in Thigio and at the time of his demise, he was the Regional Treasurer of the Congregation of the Mission- Kenya Region.
He was a son to the late Mr. Augustine Kaloki and Mrs. Veronica Kanini of Kangundo in Machakos county. He was a loving brother to Cosmas Musyoki, Amos Sila, Amos Mutiso, the late Virginia Lekye and Mary Nguna. Uncle to Philomena Ngina, Veronica Kanini, Veronica Musilu, Francis Katiku, James Mwangangi, Augustine Kaloki, Joshua Miyanga, Joseph Muli, Joshua Mutunga, and Damian Kaloki.
There shall be a funeral Mass on Tuesday, 8 June, December 10th, 1981 – June 2nd, 2021 2021 at St. Mary’s of the Barrens Perryville in USA starting at 10:30AM CT (6:30 PM EAT) and a concurrent requiem Mass at DePaul Centre Karen, Nairobi on the same day at 10:00 AM.
