Rev. Fr. Patrick Ingosi Tsikalata

The Catholic Diocese of Kakamega is saddened to announce the death of Rev. Fr. Patrick Ingosi Tsikalata, which occurred on 2nd April, 2023, at the Aga Khan Hospital – Kisumu. Before his demise, he was residing at the clergy house at St. Peter’s Minor Seminary, Mukumu.

Son of the late Peter Tsikalata Ilamoya and Teresina Malesi Tsikalata of Ikolomani North division, Kakamega South Sub-county of Kakamega County. Brother to Silvanus Shamala, Juvenalis Ilamoya, Mwalimu Geofrey Khamalishi, Kizito Ingosi and Rev. Fr Anthony Muchenditsi Tsikalata.

The cortege leaves St. Elizabeth Mission Hospital – Mukumu on 12th April, 2023 for the requiem mass at St. Joseph’s Cathedral – Kakamega at 4:00pm. The funeral mass and burial will be held at St. Peter’s Minor Seminary, Mukumu grounds, on 13Th April, 2023 at 10:00am.
