Rev. Fr. Samuel Clement Ngari Kibariki

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Diocese of Embu announces the passing on of Rev. Fr. Samuel Clement Ngari Kibariki, after a long illness bravely borne. His death occurred at Consolata Hospital – Kyeni, on 9th April 2021.

Son to the late Joseph Nyaga Kibariki and the late Wandia Kagwiria. His step-mothers were the late Maria Thao, the late Prisca Ngima and the late Monica Ngima. His siblings were the late Mugure, the late Jonnes Wakinyua, the late Francis Ireri, Consolata Yembu, the late Michael Kariuki, Godfrey Ireri, the late Edita Wanjagi, the late Josphat Njeru, the late Sisto Mwaniki, Alexander Njiru, His eminence John Cardinal Njue, the late Mathias, the late Moses, the late Lucia Runji, Cecilia Nguru and the late Margaret Ruguru. An uncle as well as a grandfather to many.

The requiem Mass will be at Mini Prayer House (Kairuri Parish) on Wednesday 14th April, 2021, at 3:00pm and on Thursday 15th April, 2021 at Kyeni Parish at 3.00pm.

The funeral mass and burial rites will be on Friday 16th April, 2021 at Saint Peter and Paul Cathedral Church Karurina, Embu, starting at 10:00am.
