It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our beloved Dad, Rev. (Rtd.) Daniel Kamuruci Wairire of ACK St. Timothy Githurai (45).

Husband of the late Alice Wanjiru. Son of the late Kaburi Muraru and the late Zipporah Wakigio. Stepson to Beth Wakabui.

Father to Purity Kamuruci (Xoolo Traders) & Anthony Ngumba, Eng. Benjamin Kamuruci (Kamuruci & Associates) & Roseirene Githige, Judith Wandia (African Wildlife Foundation) & Ng’ang’a, Reuben Kamuruchi (Office of Auditor General) & Irene Waitherero, Faith Watetu & Eng. Solomon Ngatia (Gibbs Africa), Grace Muthoni & Wilfred Mugo (Pelfrem Enterprises), Peter Muraru & Maureen Njeri (Pellucid Enterprises Ltd Juja).

Brother to Sarah Wanjira Karuri (Kangai — Kirinyaga), Lucy Wandege Mwangi (Huhoini — Nyeri) & Ejidiah Wamuhu Wairire (Kangemi — Nyeri). Step-brother to Veronicah Watetu Kibuchi (Mitithi — Kirinyaga), Charles Muraru (Kiuu), Rev. Douglas Mwangi (Kiuu) andVirginia Mwenji Githii (Mwiki — Nairobi). Grandfather to Ngumba, Wanjiku, Dan, Mercy, Shiru, Nathan, Caleb, Karanja, Jason, Amani, Eliana, Ruchi & Jill. Brother-in-law and uncle to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily in Mihang’o Utawala, Githurai 45 and Kiuu Village — Nyeri County.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home — KU Thika Road on Tuesday, 4th January 2022 at 7am for funeral and burial service to follow at his home, Kiuu Village, Mutundu Location, Mukurwe-ini Sub-County, Nyeri County.
