It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to Glory of our beloved Patriarch, Rev (Rtd) Reuben Kiprop Cherutich of Kapkut Village, Kapropita Ward, Baringo Central Constituency, Baringo County that occurred on Wednesday, 6th April, 2022.

Son to the late Cherutich Kipkesumen and the late Targok Kipchilis, Brother to the late Cheruiyot Cherutich.

Husband to the late Mrs Salome Kobilo Cherutich.

Father to the late Julia Kangor, Jason Cherutich, the late Paul Kosgey Cherutich, the late John Kimutai Cherutich, the late Hellen Rono, Isaiah K. Cherutich, the late Dorothy Jeruto and Pastor Joseph Kiprop.

Father-in-law to (Rtd) Snr. Chief Fredrick Chebor, Mwalimu Joe Rono, Natalia Cherutich and Rose Kiprop.

Brother-in-law to the late Cheptumo Kipsuge Chesibilo, the late Kimutio Kesendany, the late Kobilo Lotimar, the late Kobilo Chepkitony, the late John Chepsergon, the late Kobilo Kabarta and Milkah Kobilo Kipsuge.

He was blessed with 27 grandchildren and many many great-grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Kapsowar Mission Hospital on Friday 29th April, 2022 at 2:00 pm for a Memorial Service to celebrate his life at Kapkut AIC and thereafter an overnight vigil at home.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, 30th April, 2022 at Africa Inland Church, Kapkut, Kabarnet Municipality – Baringo County.
