It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we, the Religious family of the Little Sisters of St. Therese of the Child Jesus and of Mr. & Mrs. Julius Miriti announce the promotion to glory of Rev. Sr. Charity Rima, LSSTCJ.

Daughter of Mr. Julius Miriti and Isabella Julius. Sister of Catherine (Giantune Pry), Lucy (Katheri Dispensary), Eugenius (Segel Pry), Venasio (MCCU), Fredrick (Businessman), Onolata (Muranthankari Sec. Sch), Nazario (Businessman), Joseph (Bura Mpya Sec. Sch.), Leonella (Mukuune Sec. Sch.) and Beatrice (Imola, Italy).  Sister-in-law of Ann, Susan, Juliet, Christine, Glory, Francis, Samuel and Martin. Aunt of Martin, Vincent, Dominic, Kelvin, Christine, Atabiano, John, Jackline, Mwirigi, Bundi, Ntinyari, Blesson, Grace, Muthethia, Mugambi, Precious, Chris, Munene, Kanana, Muthomi, Muthuri, Clare, Michel, Joy, Regina. Peter, Annbelle and Faustina. A cousin to many.

There will be a night Vigil (prayers, Masses and adoration) on Tuesday, 22nd October at St. Theresa Mission Hospital Chapel starting at 6:00pm.

The cortege will leave the chapel on 23rd October at 8:30am to Our Lady of Fatima Kiirua Parish for the funeral mass starting at 10:00am.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at the Little Sisters of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Kiirua Community; and Mr. Julius Miriti’s Home in Mukuro Village, Igandene from 4:00pm for burial preparations.
