Reverend Ricarda Muthoni Moilo
It is with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Reverend Ricarda Muthoni Moilo which occurred on 2/4/23 at Kenyatta National Hospital Private Wing. Former matron of Mbagathi Hospital, Kenyatta Hospital and its units, Mathare, Kabete Orthopaedic Hospital among others.
Daughter of the late Bedan Kinaro and the late Zipporah Wanjugu, her siblings are Pascalina Nyakonyo, the late Nicodemus Gitimu, Agnes Kibanya,Wanjiru Muchina, the late Godfrey Wachieni, Rose Wairimu, the late Helen Kinaro and Margaret Nyangendo Kimere.
Beloved wife to Bishop Dr. Joseph Moilo of the Presbyterian University Kikuyu and Bishop of Bethel Church. Mother to Loise and John Mathenge, Carol Wamuyu Moilo, Jane and Paul Semenye, Esther and Steve Muiga and Susan Nyawira.
In-law to the late Elsie, late Jane, Wahome, Nyawira, Late Wambui, Nyaruai, Rukwaro, Kiama.
Auntie to Nyakonyo’s, Gitimu’s, Kibanya’s, Muchina’s,Wachieni’s, Kamau’s,Wanja & Kimere’s.
Grandmother to the late Daniel Waihenya, Jimmy Semenye, Wambui Mathenge, Joshua Semenye, Celine Muiga and Forbes Mwangi.
Funeral meetings will be held at All Saints Cathedral on Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th April 2023 from 5:30pm.
Interment will be in Nyamakuyo, Ihururu, Nyeri, on 8th April 2023. Funeral procession will begin from Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Funeral Home (along Kahawa West) from 6:30am.
