Rhoda Wangari Kariuki

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce promotion to Glory of Rhoda Wangari Kariuki on 5th October 2019.

Daughter of the late Robinson Gaita Kagombe and the late Abijah Waithera Gaita. Wife of the late Elder Samuel Kariuki Karuku. Sister of the Late Naomi Wairimu Gatere, Reuben Muchemi, Dedan Kamau, the late Zipporah Njoki Wachira, Job Gaita and Moses Wachira. Mother of Robinson Gaita, Elizabeth Wanja Mugo, David Karuku, John Mwangi and James Muchemi. Mother-in-law of Mary Gaita, the late Dan Njiri, Patrick Mugo, the late Nancy Wanja, Veronica Nthambi and Alice Wanjiku.

Sister in law of the late Dr. Samuel Gatere, Stella Gatere, Grace Kamau, David Wachira, the late Elizabeth Munyiri Gaita and Peninah Wachira.

The cortege leaves Outspan Hospital Mortuary Nyeri County on 15th October 2019 at 08:30am. Funeral service will be held at PCEA Muruguru Church, Muruguru Nyeri County from 09.30am and thereafter burial will be held at her Muruguru home.

Rhoda Wangari Kariuki is survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Prayer meetings will be held on Friday 11/10/2019 at 5:30pm, on Sunday 13/10/2019 at 3:00pm at PCEA St. Andrews Church Nairobi and daily at her Muruguru home Nyeri County.
